Whenever possible, I will negotiate with the other party on your behalf to resolve your dispute without the need for litigation. If an amicable resolution to your dispute can’t be reached, I can assist you in filing or defending a law suit.
In many cases involving real estate, will contests, fraudulent transfers, contract disputes, and business transactions I have obtained pre-trial judgments in my client’s favor through summary disposition motions. Summary disposition allows a judge to decide a case based on legal arguments alone, without the need for trial. When the facts are undisputed and the law favors our position, a motion for summary disposition will allow a judge to rule in our favor based on motion briefs and hearings alone. This saves the client considerable expense, and results in a faster resolution than a full trial.
